K.Will shares his thoughts on the global attention the music video "No Sad Song For My Broken Heart" received

K.Will recently shared intriguing details about his latest music video on SBS PowerFM’s ‘Escape at 2 O’Clock Cultwo Show,’ with Muzie acting as the special DJ.

He discussed the video for his new track, “No Sad Song for My Broken Heart,” which has been making waves thanks to the appearances of Seo In Guk and Ahn Jae Hyun. K.Will mentioned that after previously collaborating with the duo in the “Please Don’t” video, Ahn Jae Hyun reached out to him with the idea of reuniting on Seo In Guk’s YouTube channel.

K.Will explained that his songs typically don’t convey a melancholy mood, but “Please Don’t” was an exception. Inspired to continue this theme, he was preparing another song with a similar tone and thought it was fitting to link it through the new music video. Encouraged by Ahn Jae Hyun’s enthusiasm, they decided to involve Seo In Guk, who agreed to join the project.

Reflecting on the overwhelming response, K.Will expressed his surprise at the level of global attention the video received, admitting that he had only anticipated a fun reaction. K.Will, “I expected the fun reaction but I didn’t think it would become this viral. I’m shocked that it got this global attention.” He added that the speculation and buzz it generated were unexpected, and he humorously remarked that the runaway train of fan theories had reached a point where he chose to just let it unfold organically.

In other news, K.Will released his seventh mini album, ‘All The Way,’ on June 20, adding to his diverse musical repertoire.
