Former ADOR employee continues to refute Min Hee Jin's statements

A former employee of ADOR, identified as B, has once again stepped forward to challenge the statements made by CEO Min Hee Jin.

In a recent public message, B expressed deep anger and frustration over what they describe as continued false claims and defamatory statements made by Min Hee Jin, accusing the CEO of perpetuating harm through misleading narratives.

Employee B shared, “Hello, I am B, a former employee of ADOR, genuinely outraged by CEO Min Hee Jin’s continued false claims and the new defamatory statements in her latest position, which only serve to perpetuate further harm.”

She continued, “Min Hee Jin completely ignored the breaches of neutrality in her role as CEO, the abusive language directed at me, and the deceit I mentioned, instead choosing selective explanations, low performance, and salary reductions—just as I anticipated—to cover up the core issue and distract from the real points. As expected, she is diverting the focus. I demand a clear explanation, correction, and apology regarding the three key points I mentioned at the end of my statement. I will begin by addressing the CEO’s attempts to deflect and the false, degrading accusations of low performance.”

She refuted claims that Min Hee Jin made, asserting that B’s sexual harassment claims were exaggerated and contained numerous inaccuracies. According to Min, the incidents reported by B were investigated by HYBE’s HR department, which found no evidence of wrongdoing. Despite this, B later accused Min Hee Jin of being biased and not taking the claims seriously, even though Min asserts she acted objectively and fairly throughout the process.

Former employee B explained, “The duty and responsibility to investigate and address cases of workplace harassment and sexual harassment rests with CEO Min as the CEO of ADOR, where I worked. While it is possible to delegate the investigation to HYBE’s HR department for ADOR employees, the final disciplinary decision is legally and procedurally the responsibility of the CEO herself.”

B also explained that she had not falsely accused Executive A and claimed, “I reported seven cases of workplace harassment and one case of sexual harassment, all with sufficient evidence. In particular, regarding the most controversial sexual harassment report, Executive A has already admitted to the wrongdoing and apologized in a KakaoTalk conversation with the CEO. There are no false claims in my report. As HYBE has indicated that they plan to re-investigate, I have submitted 11 additional reports and supporting evidence. I will seek assistance not only from HYBE but also from external agencies for the investigation.”

The employee included screen captures of the reports she made and explained, “In my report, I never raised an issue about the company dinner on February 15. What I reported was that Executive A made inappropriate, sexist remarks on February 5 to get me to attend the dinner.

However, CEO Min Hee Jin has been consistently explaining how the February 15 dinner went smoothly. I didn’t ask about that. I never reported anything about the events at the dinner itself. Please review the emails carefully and don’t confuse my report with something someone else may have said.”

Employee B also requested an explanation for:
“1. Did you curse at me behind my back while coaching the perpetrator?
2. Did you interfere during the investigation by declaring Executive A innocent, failing to remain neutral?
3. Why did you reveal our KakaoTalk messages without my permission and distort several facts, including the reasons for my resignation?”

The former employee lastly clarified that she was angry and stated, “You interfered in the investigation, unfairly failed to remain neutral, and protected the executives. Then, on July 31, you issued a false and distorted statement that destroyed my reputation while I was silent.

After doing all sorts of things behind the scenes and cursing me out with ‘let’s get this bitch,’ you didn’t even offer a single line of apology.”
