Apink's Eunji joins the prestigious 'Billions Club' in Melon's Hall of Fame

Apink’s EUNJI has recently joined the prestigious ‘Billions Club’ in the artist category of Melon’s Hall of Fame.

On August 13th KST, Jung Eunji proved her potential as a solid singer by entering the “Billion’s Bronze Club” with over 1.012 billion cumulative streams on Melon, Korea’s largest music streaming platform.

“Billions Bronze Club” on Melon is a badge awarded to artists who have achieved 1 billion cumulative combined music streams. On August 13th, Eunji surpassed 120,000 daily streams compared to the previous day, putting her on par with top domestic artists such as NewJeans, Ive, Day6 etc.

To date, only around 110 artists have achieved a cumulative 1 billion streaming milestones on the platform.

In particular, ‘Hopefully Sky’ from her solo debut album “Dream,” which played a leading role in Eunji’s entry into the Billions Bronze Club, recorded an unprecedented “All-kill” by topping music, albums, and music shows immediately after its release. Also, ‘The Spring (Feat. Hareem)’ from her second mini album ‘The Space’ also captured the spring emotions of all generations and rose to the ranks as a ‘spring carol’, and even after 7 years since its release, it continues to cruise on the charts, proving Eunji’s music power.

In addition, she received much love for duet songs that boast fantastic chemistry such as ‘All For You’ and ‘LOVE DAY’, and through the remake album ‘Log’ released in 2022, she successfully established herself as a ‘healing artist’ by reinterpreting her seniors’ music in her own style and providing comfort to all generations.
