Former professional golfer Park Se Ri shares update after legal dispute with father

Park Se-ri, a former professional golfer turned director and TV personality, has shared an update on her YouTube channel, approximately two months after filing a lawsuit against her father.

On August 9th, Park Se-ri launched her new YouTube channel, “Park Se-ri’s Real Talk,” and posted a video titled “Thank You for Everything.”

In the video, Park Se-ri began by addressing her viewers, saying, “The atmosphere might feel different today. I wanted to greet you from home and share something with you.” She continued, “As you may have seen in the media, there was a difficult situation not long ago. Thanks to the support and positive energy from many people, I have been doing my best to carry on with my daily life and work.” Expressing her gratitude, Park Se-ri bowed her head and thanked her fans, stating, “I wanted to sincerely express my thanks after going through this experience.”

She also mentioned that some fans had expressed interest in seeing more of her daily life, and she planned to share more vlog-style content on her channel. “I have a busy schedule, but after my work is done, I don’t have anything particularly special planned. However, I think there will be many who can relate to the real and natural lifestyle I can show,” she explained.

Park Se-ri mentioned that she would include scenes of her walking her dog Mochi, dining with friends, and having a drink. She announced plans to create another channel dedicated to sharing her real-life experiences, asking for her viewers’ continued interest and support.

This update comes after Park Se-ri held an emergency press conference on June 18th, where she tearfully revealed that she had been handling her father’s debt issues for years. At the time, she expressed her frustration and disappointment, stating, “I regret that things have come to this, and I am very angry. I have never agreed with my father’s decisions. I have always followed my own path, believing it was the best course of action. However, I reached a point where I could no longer resolve the financial issues related to my family.”
