WINNER’s Lee Seung Hoon expresses affection for team activities
On July 24 KST, WINNER’s Lee Seung Hoon appeared as a guest on MBC FM4U’s ‘Kim Shin Young’s Noon Song of Hope’ to promote his first solo album ‘MY TYPE’.
Embarking on his first solo activity with this release, Lee Seung Hoon was asked about the pros and cons of solo versus team activities. He responded, “There seem to be more drawbacks. When working as a team, I don’t feel lonely, I can get help from the members, and we create synergy. People say, ‘Isn’t it more comfortable to do it alone? You can do what you want without coordinating,’ but once I tried solo activities, I realized, ‘This is why being in a team is great.'”
Kim Shin Young, who has experienced both solo and group activities with Celeb Five and Davi-imo, confessed, “I really like being solo.” When Lee Seung-hoon asked, “But don’t you still enjoy team activities?” Kim Shin-young humorously explained, “I love Celeb Five, but practically speaking, solo activities have been quite profitable,” eliciting laughter.
