UP10TION's Kuhn begins new career as a show host for 'LOTTE Homeshopping'

UP10TION member Kuhn has begun a new career, he personally announced via his Instagram on June 28.

Kuhn revealed,

“Hello, this is Noh Soo Il.

It’s getting really hot these days. Are you all doing well?? 🙂

I’m very healthy and well.

I think that I will be able to greet viewers soon through an industry I’ve been interested in and wanted to challenge since way back, as a show host for ‘LOTTE Home Shopping’.

It was only recently that I began studying for this job, and before I knew it, I passed the audition, so I’m still in awe but..!

I am doing my very best to prepare, and since this was a job that I’ve always wanted to try out, I will give it my all!

I’m still lacking in many areas, but I will show you a good side as show host Noh Soo Il and as UP10TION’s Kuhn.”

Many netizens were impressed with Kuhn’s efforts, as he passed the audition for the position in less than a year. As with everything in South Korea, the position of show host also requires training as well as a competitive selection process, and thus, many fans congratulated Kuhn for his achievement.

Meanwhile, Kuhn parted ways with his debut label, TOP Media, in March of 2023. Shortly afterward, he enlisted for his mandatory military service as an active duty soldier. Then, in February of this year, Kuhn was discharged prematurely due to medical issues (herniated disk).
