SM Entertainment’s first virtual artist, nævis, made a surprise appearance at aespa’s concert, drawing significant attention.

nævis appeared at aespa’s second solo concert, ‘2024 aespa LIVE TOUR – SYNK : PARALLEL LINE,’ held on June 29-30 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul, delivering a captivating surprise performance.

During the performance, nævis showcased a mysterious and enchanting stage presence, befitting her role as the first virtual artist from SM and a key character in aespa’s universe.

Regarding the nævis stage, director Shim Jae-won and media artist Lee Ki-taek explained, “Using anamorphic 3D techniques, we utilized the wide screen on stage to create a three-dimensional performance that traverses the digital world and the real world.”

In aespa’s universe, nævis is a supporting character who helps the members by opening the P.O.S (Port of Soul), which connects the FLAT world, the REAL WORLD, and KWANGYA. nævis has already sparked curiosity as a solo artist under SM’s Virtual IP Center, set to debut in the third quarter of this year.

Additionally, nævis participated in the featured track “Welcome To MY World” from aespa’s third mini-album “MY WORLD,” having already revealed her voice. This has further heightened interest in her future activities.
