TXT, ATEEZ, and TWICE top U.S. best selling albums list for first half of 2024

According to Luminate, the American entertainment industry data research firm that supplies data to the Billboard charts, TXT, ATEEZ, and TWICE have all made it into the top 10 best-selling albums in the U.S. for the first half of 2024.

On July 16, Luminate released its ‘2024 Mid-Year Best-Selling Albums List’. TXT’s sixth mini-album, ‘minisode 3: TOMORROW,’ ranked sixth with 193,000 units sold, combining physical and digital album sales.

Considering that American pop superstar Taylor Swift placed three albums in the top five of this chart, TXT ranks fourth overall among artists, following Swift, Billie Eilish, and Beyoncé.

ATEEZ’s tenth mini-album, ‘GOLDEN HOUR: Part.1,’ which topped the ‘Billboard 200’ chart, sold 191,000 units, placing it seventh.

TWICE, the only girl group on this list, secured the ninth spot with their thirteenth mini-album, ‘With YOU-th,’ which debuted at number one on the ‘Billboard 200’ earlier this year, selling 174,000 units.

Luminate’s 2024 mid-year report is based on data collected from December 29, 2023, to June 27, 2024, and analyzes trends and figures related to physical album sales (CDs, LPs), digital downloads, and audio streaming within the United States.
