Model Han Hye Jin explains her decision to install a gate and fencing around her vacation home due to trespassers

On June 27, model Han Hye Jin announced that she has installed a gate and fencing around her vacation home in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, due to harassment from trespassers.

Previously, Han Hye Jin revealed the luxurious vacation home built on a vacant plot of land in Hongcheon through various broadcasts, as well as through her YouTube channel. She shared that she had the home built close to her family’s home so she could get away from life in the city and find peace.

However, after revealing the home on various broadcasts, Han Hye Jin began seeing trespassers on her property. In her latest YouTube update, Han Hye Jin explained, “I’ve had about three groups of people come into the house.”

She continued, “At first, it was the outdoor fire pit. Some middle-aged folks had come in and were drinking tea and taking photos of the place.”

She added on, “Three months later, I was drying my hair in the house after taking a shower, when I heard a car door slamming right outside. I quickly put on some clothes and went outside, and there were four middle-aged people getting out of the car and looking around in the yard. They saw me and said, ‘It’s Han Hye Jin!’. I told them, ‘This is a private place where I come to rest, so please leave.’ I told them the same thing four times. When they finally decided to leave, they said to me, ‘We’re not watching you on TV anymore!’. That made me tear up.” 

Recalling her thoughts from those experiences, Han Hye Jin also shared, “Originally, I was of the mindset that if people came, that was that. But after actually going through it, I began to develop a fear. I became very sensitive to noise. Especially at night, when it gets so dark around here that you can’t see a thing. Once I let that fear sink in, this house that I had poured my money and time into became a hellish place.” 

Finally, Han Hye Jin assured concerned viewers that she had also installed CCTVs around the premise to strengthen security.
