Lim Ji Yeon showcases versatile charms in Cosmopolitan pictorial ahead of 'Revolver' release

Actress Lim Ji Yeon, who is set to star in the upcoming film ‘Revolver,’ showcased her diverse charms in a recent pictorial.

On the 23rd, distributor Plus M Entertainment released Lim Ji Yeon’s pictorial for the August issue of Cosmopolitan, where she plays Yoon-sun in ‘Revolver.’

The movie follows the story of former police officer Soo-young (Jeon Do Yeon), who, after being imprisoned for taking the blame for all crimes, goes straight toward her sole purpose upon release.

In the newly released pictorial, Lim Ji Yeon exuded a retro vibe, seamlessly transitioning between black-and-white tones and vibrant colors, showcasing her mastery in modeling.

Her innocent and quirky expressions, combined with her provocative and confident gaze, heightened anticipation for her role in ‘Revolver.’

Lim Ji Yeon plays Yoon-sun, a character whose true allegiance—whether as Soo-young’s ally or betrayer—is uncertain. Just as she shines as a vibrant, vitamin-like presence in the pictorial, she is set to add tension to the film, displaying a range of chameleon-like charms.

In the interview accompanying the pictorial, Lim Ji Yeon said, “In this film, you will feel more of the chemistry between the two women. Yoon-sun admires and wants to resemble Soo-young,” and expressed her affection for the project, adding, “My previous film, ‘The Shameless,’ is one of my favorites, and working with director Oh Seung-uk again made me very happy.”

‘Revolver’ is set to be released on August 7.
