Go Kyung Pyo's bold fashion choices spark debate and admiration on social media

Is he a “fashion terrorist” or an “explosive” new fashion icon? Actor Go Kyung Pyo’s unique fashion sense, unseen in dramas or variety shows, has recently become a hot topic.

Go Kyung Pyo’s social media has not only become a favorite hangout for fellow celebrities but is also buzzing with netizens commenting on his fashion choices. Without much commentary, he occasionally posts photos of his outfits, which often defy conventional fashion norms and draw attention.

At times, he wears a lime green top and pink pants, earning teasing comments from friends calling him a “scrubber.” Other times, he pairs long dress socks, known as “old man socks,” with a matching gray outfit.

In another instance, he posed wearing a hat and wide-legged pants reminiscent of a two-piece skirt. The reaction to Go Kyung-pyo’s innovative fashion sense is mixed, with some applauding his boldness while others find it hard to comprehend.

His fellow celebrities have also reacted enthusiastically. When he donned the “scrubber look,” actress Gong Hyo Jin commented, “The biggest problem is the black shoes,” while actor Kwon Hyuk-soo joked,

“You caused a stir wearing a scrubber outfit from the bathhouse. You need to return it quickly.”

When he sported the long gray dress socks, Ryu Seung-ryong commented, “You should wear a tie too,” and actor Bae In-hyuk humorously asked, “Can you share some info about those socks?”

Clearly, it’s a style that ordinary people might find difficult to understand. Go Kyung Pyo even had the chance to explain his fashion sense on a terrestrial variety show.

On the 14th, Go Kyung Pyo appeared on KBS2’s “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist.” He wore light blue shorts and socks and explained, “It’s all intentional,” adding, “Let’s spread the word. Who says there’s a right answer in the world? It’s not easy to pull off these outfits as I do,” responding cheekily.
