DRIPPIN to make August comeback with new single 'Weekend'

The group DRIPPIN (Hwang Yunseong, Lee Hyeop, Joo Changwook, Kim Dongyun, Kim Minseo, and Cha Junho) will make their comeback in August.

Their agency, Woollim Entertainment, officially announced the comeback on the 8th at 8 AM through their official SNS, revealing the coming soon image for DRIPPIN’s fifth single ‘Weekend’.

The released image features a simple design with the new single title ‘Weekend’ prominently displayed against a blue background, capturing attention with its fresh and cool summer vibe, hinting at DRIPPIN’s unique charm.

DRIPPIN’s rapid comeback comes approximately four months after releasing their fourth single ‘Beautiful MAZE’ in April. The previous album achieved a ‘career high’ by recording over 130,000 copies sold in the first week, about ten times the initial sales of their third single ‘SEVEN SINS’ and marking their highest sales record. The album’s initial stock sold out quickly, leading to an urgent re-order.

With this new album, DRIPPIN aims to captivate fans with upgraded music and performances, solidifying their position as a ‘global trending group’.

Meanwhile, DRIPPIN successfully concluded their solo fan meeting ‘DRIPPIN with DREAMIN’ in Tokyo, Japan, on the 14th of last month.
